Full-service production covers me working with you for the entirety of your video project. It includes with pre-production (planning), production (filming), and post-production (editing). For a more in-depth breakdown of the production process, you can read this blog post
Partial production is more like an a la carte option. Instead of hiring me for the entirety of the project, you’re only hiring me for a specific portion. For example, if you just need an extra camera operator, an editor, or a colorist.

Color correction is simply making sure footage looks as close to the actual filming conditions as possible. Camera’s do not interpret visual information the same way our eyes and brains do. They have to be told the conditions of the world they’re filming. Color correction is needed when a camera did not record that information correctly, specifically when color itself does not look right.
Color grading goes further than that. Color grading is often used to go beyond the natural look of footage in order to achieve a certain creative look. Some examples include accentuating certain colors in a shot (making a piece of clothing brighter than its surroundings), desaturation (anything between natural colors and black and white)

The answer is solely dependent on the type of video. An unscripted video (live- event highlights, some documentaries) will have much more footage to comb through and likely a more complicated editing workflow than scripted video (business advertisement, corporate training).
A more certain answer will be given within a project proposal/estimate.
