Music Videos

This project was done as part of a class requirement. The class partnered with the student run music label Brick City Records. This was a group assignment.

Within the group, we were all considered producers and worked collaboratively throughout the entire project. Pre-production involved working with the client to understand their vision for the music video. We developed a storyboard to reflect the vision. We also communicated with other departments and local businesses to set up shoot days and locations. My primary roles during production were lead gaffer (lighting) and camera operator. For post-production, I was the editor. This project involved editing multiple cameras together in a multi-cam sequence, editing to the music, managing multiple scenes, basic motion graphics for titles, and color correction/grading. I also did a second (unofficial) version of this project for a separate class where I completely redid the color grading to match a chosen palette and style.
