Real Estate/Rental Videos

These videos were part of a series of rental property videos for a campground who were renting their cabins on Vrbo and Airbnb during their off season. They wanted to highlight the unique features of each cabin and provide a holistic and stylish view of the inside.

For this project, I was the sole producer and crew for all parts of production. Pre-production mostly entailed meeting with the client to discuss their desires for the videos. Production was a straightforward process completed within a couple hours. I systematically captured each shot necessary with variations to allow more creativity in the editing process. For the post-production on this project I did all of the editing to include selecting the best shots, arranging them in an order that tells a story, finding appropriate music, adding motion graphics for titles and lower thirds, and basic color correction and grading. For this particular project, there were only one to two rounds of editing per video to reach the client’s vision.
